These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.qreine.com (“Site”), owned and operated by Qreine (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and apply to all purchases, services, and interactions involving the Qreine brand, including the Qreine Hats collection. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or interacting with our brand, you agree to be bound by these legally enforceable Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase any products.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY & COMPLIANCE

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent.

  • You are not using our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • You will comply with all local laws, including tax regulations and digital commerce standards.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

 

2. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM WORK

All Qreine Hats are handmade, artistic, and one-of-a-kind. As such:

  • Slight visual or structural variations are inherent and expected. These are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

  • Colors may appear different across screens and lighting conditions.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time, without prior notice.

Custom orders may not be returned or refunded under any circumstances unless approved in writing.

 

3. PRICING, PAYMENT & ORDER FULFILLMENT

  • All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, for any reason, without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made through approved methods (currently via Stripe).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or pricing errors.

 

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Shipping costs and timelines are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carriers, customs, natural disasters, or international conditions.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred on international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

 

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Return Policy. In short:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Refunds are issued only after return approval and inspection.

We reserve the right to deny any return or refund for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our return terms, suspected misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, logos, designs, graphics, photos, product images, and videos—is the exclusive property of Qreine and protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content without express written permission.

  • All hats, design motifs, and visual styles presented under Qreine Hats are considered intellectual property. Replication, reproduction, or resale without authorization is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

 

7. USER-GENERATED CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you tag us on social media, submit photos, leave reviews, or send ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing, promotional, or archival purposes.

We are not obligated to respond to or implement any feedback, ideas, or requests.

 

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may use third-party apps, integrations, or links (such as TikTok, Instagram, Etsy, Amazon Handmade, etc.). We are not responsible for the accuracy, policies, or actions of those platforms. Your use of them is entirely at your own risk.

 

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty or condition, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Site will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

  • The information provided is accurate, complete, or current.

  • The results obtained from our products or services will meet your expectations.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qreine, its owners, affiliates, partners, and representatives will not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages,

  • Personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or other economic loss,

  • Arising from the use or inability to use the Site or our products.

In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in dispute.

 

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qreine, its founder, affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Site or our products,

  • Your violation of any applicable law or rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, for any reason. Updates will be posted to this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

 

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California for any disputes.
