Qreine hats are wearable art objects, many of which are one of a kind or made to order.
Final Sale Items
- All custom orders are final sale
- Festival, LED, sculptural, and statement pieces are final sale
- These items cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun
Ready to Ship Items
Returns for eligible ready to ship items must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unworn and unused
- Item is returned in original condition
- Buyer covers return shipping
Once returned and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items damaged due to wear, misuse, water exposure, or improper care
- Normal variation inherent to handmade work
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so the issue can be addressed promptly.
