All Qreine pieces are handmade and shipped from San Francisco, California.
Processing Time
- Ready to ship items: 3–7 business days
- Custom orders: 10–21 business days, depending on complexity and drying time
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If you have a specific deadline for travel, festivals, or events, please contact me before placing your order so expectations can be aligned.
Shipping Methods
- Domestic and international shipping options are calculated at checkout
- Tracking information is provided once your order ships
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. Qreine is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
